STEP 01
Wax Injection Molding

Wax is injected into precision metal dies to form wax patterns identical to the final casting — the starting point of the entire process.

STEP 02
Tree Assembly

Multiple wax patterns are welded onto a shared sprue to form a tree, maximizing yield and quality consistency per pour.

STEP 03
Shell Coating & Sanding

The wax tree is repeatedly dipped in refractory slurry and coated with sand, layer by layer, to build a ceramic shell — typically 5–8 layers.

STEP 04
Dewaxing & Sintering

High-temperature firing melts out the wax while sintering the ceramic shell into a hollow mold ready for metal pouring.

STEP 05
Metal Pouring

Molten metal is poured into the ceramic mold. After cooling, the shell is broken to retrieve the casting, then finished with CNC machining and surface treatment.
